PDF bank statement to ABRA Flexi in ABO format
ABRA Flexi expects an ABO file with the .gpc extension set on the bank account, and the bank gives you a PDF. We make that file from it for a CZK account of a supported bank. Always run a test import first.
The CZK - ABO / GPC · .GPC - PDF context is only preselected. Data detected in the file takes priority.
The problem
When ABRA Flexi expects .gpc and the bank gives a PDF
A bank account in ABRA Flexi has a statement file format and extension. If all you have is a PDF, you have to retype the transactions or convert them to ABO first.
VýpisFlow builds the 074 and 075 records with a fixed length of 128 characters only after checking that the transactions match the opening and closing balance of the statement.
Known limitations
- ABO output is limited to CZK and banks with a verified ABO profile.
- The ABRA Flexi import is not tested against every configuration; run the first import in a test company.
- VýpisFlow does not convert foreign currency statements for ABRA Flexi, because it does not create SEPA XML camt.053.

Importing an ABO statement in ABRA Flexi
The file format and extension are set on the bank account in the list of bank accounts. The import then runs in the Banka (Bank) module.
ABRA Flexi help: statement formats (KB example, Czech)- 1.In ABRA Flexi open Peníze / Seznam bankovních účtů (Money / Bank accounts) and select the account from the statement.
- 2.Check the account number and set the ABO statement format with the .gpc extension.
- 3.Start the statement import in the Banka module and select the downloaded file.
- 4.Compare the number of imported transactions and the closing balance with the PDF.
Troubleshooting
When conversion stops safely
ABRA Flexi does not recognise the file
The bank account has another format or extension set. Set ABO and the .gpc extension.
You need a EUR account
ABO from VýpisFlow is for CZK only. For a foreign currency, use the format ABRA Flexi reads for that account directly from the bank.
Transactions go to another account
The account number in the statement does not match the selected account. Repeat the import for the correct bank account.
Processed in your browser
The PDF text, payment symbols and amounts stay in your browser during the conversion.
The .gpc file is created locally and is not sent to the VýpisFlow server.

Which statement format does ABRA Flexi read?
Among others, ABO with the .gpc extension and, for some banks, SEPA XML camt.053. VýpisFlow creates ABO for CZK accounts.
Which banks are supported for ABRA Flexi?
Those with ABO/GPC output in the compatibility matrix: MONETA, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Fio banka and Komerční banka.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Yes. A batch conversion gives you a ZIP with files grouped by client and account.
