The problem

A statement converter without installation or server uploads

Traditional converters are installed on a computer or upload the statement to someone else’s server for extraction. An accountant often just needs to turn a monthly PDF into a homebanking file quickly and be sure nothing is missing.

VýpisFlow reads the statement text locally, detects the bank and currency, shows the transactions and allows the export only when the opening balance plus the transactions equals the closing balance. A failed conversion is not counted.

Known limitations

  • -The converter supports the verified layouts in the compatibility matrix, not any document.
  • -A scan without a text layer needs local OCR started explicitly and a careful review.
  • -It is not a direct bank connection; you download the statement from online banking yourself.

Five verifiable steps

    Open the converter and upload one or more statements. No registration is needed yet.

    Check the detected bank, currency, period and the transaction preview.

  3. 3

    Choose the output for your accounting software: POHODA XML, GPC/ABO or MultiCash.

  4. 4

    Sign in before downloading; the conversion in progress stays in your browser.

  5. 5

    Import the file into your accounting software and compare the closing balance.

Where the converted statement goes

Each output has its own import path. Choose the one configured for the bank account in your accounting software.

Official POHODA Homebanking overview (Czech)
  1. 1.Pass POHODA XML to the XML import of the Banka (Bank) agenda with the account code and company ID (IČO).
  2. 2.Import GPC/ABO and MultiCash through the homebanking service of the account in POHODA or Money S3.
  3. 3.In ABRA Flexi use statement import in the ABO format set on the bank account.
  4. 4.After the import, compare the number of transactions and the closing balance with the original statement.

Troubleshooting

When conversion stops safely

The bank was not detected

Select it manually. If the bank is not in the matrix, request it directly from the converter.

The balance check failed

The statement is probably incomplete or only a transaction overview. Download the full statement for the whole period.

The format you need is missing

The format is not verified for that bank or currency. Choose another offered output, for example MultiCash.

Processed in your browser

Reading the statement, the checks and building the export all run in your browser. The statement content is not sent to the application server for the conversion.

Local history stores only technical metadata so the converter can warn you about importing the same file twice.

Before your first import

Is the bank statement converter free?

Trying it and the preview are free without registration. Downloading the result is part of the free plan with a monthly limit or a paid plan.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The converter runs online in a modern browser and processes the statement locally on your device.

Which accounting software is the output for?

POHODA (XML and homebanking), Money S3 (ABO and MultiCash) and ABRA Flexi (ABO). Always verify the import on test data first.
