MultiCash is the widest output VýpisFlow has: all 20 verified banks and payment services, foreign currencies included. The .STA file follows the MT940 structure and the homebanking service of your accounting software reads it.
The MultiCash · .STA - PDF context is only preselected. Data detected in the file takes priority.
The problem
One homebanking format for Czech banks and fintech accounts
GPC is tied to Czech crowns and to some banks only, while an accounting firm often also handles a EUR account at Revolut, Wise or Paysera. Those statements need a format that carries the account currency and balances regardless of the bank.
VýpisFlow builds an .STA file with the :20:, :25: and :28C: blocks, the opening balance :60F:, transactions :61: with descriptions :86: and the closing balance :62F:. The file is created only after checking that the transactions match both balances exactly.
Known limitations
- The bank account in your accounting software must use a service that reads MultiCash .STA.
- The :86: field carries the description and counterparty with a limited length; keep the original PDF for full details.
- One file is one account, one currency and one statement.

Importing a MultiCash statement
In both POHODA and Money S3, MultiCash is imported through a homebanking service assigned to a specific bank account. The account settings decide, not the bank name in the file.
Official POHODA Homebanking overview (Czech)- 1.In POHODA open Nastavení / Homebanking (Settings / Homebanking) and pick a MultiCash service with a statement folder for the account.
- 2.In Money S3 use Účetnictví / Výpis z účtu / Import výpisu (Accounting / Bank statement / Import) and choose the MultiCash service.
- 3.Put the .sta file into the configured folder and start the statement import.
- 4.Compare the number of imported transactions and the closing balance with the PDF.
Troubleshooting
When conversion stops safely
The software does not load the file
The account uses another service, for example ABO. Assign a MultiCash service or choose the output the account actually reads.
Transactions belong to another account
The account number or IBAN in the :25: block does not match the account in your software. Check that the statement and the target account are the same.
The currency does not match
Import a foreign currency statement only into an account kept in the same currency. Do not edit the currency in the file by hand.
Processed in your browser
The PDF is read and the .STA file is assembled in your browser. Neither the statement nor the generated file is sent to a server for the conversion.
Only sign-in and the count of a successful download reach the server, never accounts, amounts or transaction descriptions.

Before your first import
Is MultiCash the same as MT940?
MultiCash .STA uses the MT940 structure with balance and transaction blocks. For your accounting software, the service set on the account matters more than the file extension.
Why choose MultiCash instead of GPC?
GPC is for CZK and selected banks only. VýpisFlow offers MultiCash for all verified banks and currencies, so it also suits EUR and USD accounts.
Can Money S3 read MultiCash?
Money S3 lists MultiCash among its statement import services. Always run a test import for the specific account before using it for real.
Verify the preview first, sign in only before download
The source file stays in your browser. A parser or balance-check failure is not counted as a successful conversion.
