WHY NOT CLOUD EXTRACTION
The statement is read in your browser, not on someone else's server
Extraction services take a statement with your account numbers, counterparties and balances to a server you do not control. VýpisFlow does not send it there: the parser, the checks and the export all run on your machine. The server only knows how many conversions you have used.

Invoices into POHODA the same way as statements
Upload PDF invoices, issued and received. The app reads the number, the dates, the counterparty and the total, you check them and download one XML for POHODA. Euro and dollar invoices get the ČNB rate of their issue date.
Nothing half-read gets through
Every invoice is shown for editing, and a document missing a required field never reaches the export.
The ČNB rate is filled in
Euro and dollar invoices use the rate of their issue date, so POHODA posts the right amount.
Their own monthly allowance
Invoices are counted apart from statements, so one does not eat the other.
Invoice contents are processed by the browser. You sign in only for the final download.
OFFICE FOR A PRACTICE
One allowance for the whole office, separate accounts
Office is the shared plan for an accounting practice: 5 users including the owner and one shared allowance of 2000 conversions a month. Everyone signs in as themselves, and files and history are not shared.
Five users included
The Office plan includes 5 users counting the owner. An extra seat costs 149 CZK a month or 1490 CZK a year before tax.
One shared pool
The team draws on one shared pool of 2000 conversions a month, not on a per-person limit.
Own account, private data
Each member signs in as themselves. Files, drafts and conversion history stay private per member.
Invitations by email
The owner invites colleagues by email, the link is valid for 7 days, and sees how many shared conversions each member used.
Prices are before tax; Stripe adds the tax from your billing details.

Before you download the file, you know what adds up
The balances have to match
Opening balance plus movements must equal the closing balance. When they do not, the conversion stops and says why.
A duplicate is shown, not hidden
A file you have already exported is recognised by the fingerprint of its contents and flagged before you import it twice.
The export checks itself
The finished file is validated against the rules of the target format before it downloads.
Always start with a test import
Arithmetic is not an accounting guarantee. Import the first file into a controlled ledger.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
What accountants ask before the first import
Are statements uploaded to a server?+
No. Normal conversion reads the file, transactions and balances only in your browser. The server handles sign-in and plan allowance.
Which banks are supported?+
The public compatibility matrix lists current banks, currencies, formats and verification dates.
Which POHODA editions are supported?+
Exports use POHODA XML or Homebanking profiles. Confirm availability in your edition and run a test import first.
What if the PDF is scanned?+
You can explicitly start local OCR. Language models download to the browser and the document is not sent to a remote service.
Can I process several files at once?+
Yes. Add multiple files and review every result before export.
Which currencies are supported?+
Support depends on the bank and layout. Verified combinations are listed in the compatibility matrix.
What if my bank is missing?+
Send a compatibility request. Attach a sensitive statement only voluntarily and after reading the disclosure.
How do POHODA XML, MultiCash and GPC differ?+
POHODA XML uses XML import; MultiCash and GPC use Homebanking profiles. Availability varies by bank and currency.
When is a conversion counted?+
Only after successful export completion. Parser or validation failures must not permanently consume a conversion.
Can I cancel a subscription?+
Yes. Open the customer portal to manage or cancel the subscription.
Should I run a test import?+
Yes. Automated checks are not an accounting guarantee, so verify output in a test or controlled accounting file.
