The practice buys one Office subscription, the owner invites colleagues by email and the whole team draws on one monthly allowance. Everyone still works under their own account and nobody sees anyone else's files.
The PDF context is only preselected. Data detected in the file takes priority.
The problem
In a practice several people convert statements, but usually only one of them holds the paid subscription. Sharing a single sign-in is risky and makes it impossible to tell who converted which statement.
The Office plan solves both. The owner creates a team, invites colleagues and they join under their own accounts. The pool of 2000 conversions a month is drawn by the team together, and the owner sees how many conversions each member used.

Workflow
The owner buys the Office plan and names the team on the team page.
They enter a colleague’s email address and send an invitation; the link is valid for 7 days at most.
The colleague opens the invitation, signs in and joins the team.
Each member converts statements for themselves and draws on the shared pool.
The owner follows conversion counts per member and per month on the team page.
Practices ask for a shared account, but VýpisFlow does not need one. When several accountants convert statements, you share no login and no password. The owner invites colleagues by email and each of them works under their own account; only the monthly conversion pool is shared.
How many licences does a practice need? The Office plan includes 5 users counting the owner, so a five-person practice buys nothing extra. A larger team pays only for the additional seats: 149 CZK a month or 1490 CZK a year per user, with tax added by Stripe from your billing details.
Team management lives on the team page and belongs to the Office subscription owner. Members do not change the plan and see only the team name and their colleagues.

The link in an invitation stops working after 7 days at the latest. The owner simply sends the invitation again.
An account always belongs to a single team. Joining a new team is possible only after leaving the previous one.
A payment for Office failed. Until the subscription is settled, shared conversions and new invitations stay paused.
Being in a team does not change how a statement is processed. Reading, checking and building the export run in the browser of the member who started the conversion.
The owner sees conversion counts and the date of a member’s last conversion, not their files, clients or amounts.
